Meghan Markle celebrated Valentine’s Day 2026 by sharing a tender family moment that highlighted the striking resemblance between her husband and daughter.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, posted a photo on Instagram Saturday, Feb. 14, showing Prince Harry, 41, holding their 4-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet, in an outdoor field. Both father and daughter displayed their matching red hair in the image, with Lilibet wearing a pink ballet outfit and clutching a bouquet of red balloons.

“These two + Archie = my forever Valentines ♥️,” Meghan wrote in the caption, referencing the couple’s 6-year-old son, Prince Archie, who did not appear in the shared photo.
The Valentine’s Day post came one day after Meghan and Harry enjoyed a pre-Valentine’s dinner at Funke, an upscale Beverly Hills restaurant run by chef Evan Funke. The couple dressed casually for the Feb. 13 outing, with Meghan in a brown jacket and black pants, and Harry in a black jacket and jeans.
Funke holds special significance for the family. Meghan dined there to celebrate her 44th birthday in August 2025.
This year’s Valentine’s celebration differs from 2025, when the couple spent the holiday apart. Prince Harry was in Canada for the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler, while Meghan remained home caring for their children. She honored him that year with a black-and-white photo of them kissing and wrote, “Back home taking care of our babies, and missing my Valentine.”
She also shared videos of Archie and Lilibet enjoying a Valentine’s Day-themed breakfast during that celebration.
The couple met through a mutual friend in summer 2016 and began dating immediately after their first meeting.
